McDonald's

As you enter the restaurant, the first thing you notice is the clean, laid-back interior. The associates keep the dining areas clean and prepared. Amy, the woman that rang me out, was professional and prompt. Not only that, she brought my food straight to my table! I've never had service to my table at a McDonald's, it was different. The food was delicious and hot. I ordered a Buttermilk (plain), and added Buffalo sause. The appearance of the food was appealing, and reminded me of when I was a boy eating at a family diner. Nick, the manager, approached customers and interacted with them, ensuring quality service. Mary, another associate, was proactive in her work and drove the group to have speedy service. Overall, my experience was very positive, and I'll be coming back.

Absolutely a place worth stopping by, the food is good and well prepared, the pricing is reasonable and it is regularly neat here. Kudos.

The weekday morning crew here is the best I've ever seen. Friendly and FAST. They keep the drive-thru humming. Other times and days... not so much.

Parking lot was small, drive thru line was out onto Cornell. Overall, fast accurate service. Friendly worker collected our tray and trash and threw them away. He has amazing customer service!

The best McDonald's I have ever been to in my life. I'm amazed. Ordered in, received food within 30 seconds, and it was delicious!! Nothing had been sitting or was over/under cooked. Coffee tasted great too! Head and shoulders above typical McDonald's location. Great job guys

Typical McDonalds. Full menu and the interior is really clean. Can't miss if this is what you want.

I, like im sure most of American's, eat at McDonald's for the price & convenience.. but the staff at this restaurant in particular puts they're heart into the food & service. I have never been at McDonald's to where I don't need catsup to add taste or hide the taste. Those that work there grill are truly chefs! The counter is very friendly & being food to you with a smile. The restaurant is always clean, well maintained & always stocked no matter when you go. Thank you Cornell McDonalds for going above and beyond!!

Pretty standard McDonald's experience. Definitely one of the more motivated morning crews I've ever seen. The French vanilla iced coffee tasted like it only had creamer, no flavoring or sugar

Been there three times now, super fast on getting people's food out. Only reason it isn't a five star is because the second time I went, I got something from them that we completely different from what I ordered and didn't check the bag before leaving.

It's a pretty solid McDonald's. Be aware, though. Their dining room closes 1 hour before the drive thru (which is the time listed on the Google Maps page).

The wait time was long and they make you pay for bbq sauce. If they only operated like Chick-fil-A they would get so much more business. We need better.

I told my friends about this place with my warmest recommendations. I visit this restaurant often. This recommendation is always successful. The dishes they serve are tasty and the stuff is generous and cooperative. Every time we eat in this place we have a gorgeous time. warmly recommended.

Service was good. They can't help what they put into their food

My son loves chicken nuggets. Sigh. Everything we've gotten always seems to be from yesterday. Gross. We'll drive out of our way to NOT go here again.

Was very impressed with this particular McDonalds. When we first walked in it looked clean. We were greeted and our order was taken immediately by a very nice lady. There were crayons and activity books for the kids available. But what impressed us the most was the man walking around wiping down EVERYTHING. There were no crumbs left on any table or surface in the place. This alone made us feel so much better about being there and not having to worry as much about how clean it was. He is a true asset to the company and if I lived closer I would make this the only mcdonald's I would visit in the area.

Were not able to say if French fries were vegetarian or not. My friend had them and we later figured out they have bee coating

The staff at this particular McDonald was very welcoming and every attentive to myself and other customers needs. The McDonalds I am talking about is Cornell Rd in blue Ash. I would just like to say to staff and mangament. Good Job and thank you.

This is a McDonalds. You pretty much get what you expect. For a McDonalds, I'll give this a 5 star. It's a pretty top notch location for these reasons...This specific location was pretty good. They do a good job with larger orders when I want to take breakfast to my coworkers. I give them a 15 minute call ahead and it's ready to go and I've never had any issues. For a McDonalds, this one is top notch. Clean, fast, good service, etc...It gets really busy at lunch, but that is expected. They usually move pretty fast.

Manager greeted me at front counter and it was obvious that I was not sparking joy - he made that obvious and is better suited behind a fryer. Speaking of fryers, I waited five minutes for French fries. At least they were hot and tasted good.

Great customer service. If you are eating in, they give you a number, you sit down and they bring your food to you at your table. Workers are very nice and hospitable. However, it seems as tho this location is ran and employed by a large family and there was a bit of "work talk" from Grandma and inappropriate language that customers didn't need to hear. Granddaughters were running all over the place. Came for a quiet lunch. 👍

I constantly come buying some food here. I enjoy the speedy service and well prepared dishes. 5 stars.

This is the nicest McDonald's I've ever been too. Had a great garden patio and nice modern dining area. Service was good & friendly, relatively clean, more so than most fast food places of this type.
